We should add missing non deprecated attibutes ie
usePrettyEncoding
additionalParameterableHeaders
baseTimerInterval
t2Interval
t4Interval
timerDInterval
dialogPendingRequestChecking
canceledTimerTasksPurgePeriod
They don't need to appear in the standalone-sip.xml so we can give them
default values, but they should be configurable through the management CLI
