Charging Server Scenarios

There's currently a simple implementation for a charging server, which is
tailored for a specific set of scenarios to be used by Mobicents platform
examples. It should be improved to cover most charging scenarios and become
a product as a charging server.
It should also be easily extensible for custom scenarios, provided by
users/developers.
