New issue 3253 by [email protected]: Failure to create service.xml with
EclipSLEE plugin 2.10.FINAL

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install EclipSLEE plugin 2.1.0.FINAL into plugins folder in Eclipse
Indigo
2. Create a new JAIN SLEE project
3. Create an SBB
4. Try to create a service with that SBB
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is the correct generation of the service.xml file in
the du/resources directory. Instead an error message with the text Null
pointerException:null org.mobicents.eclipse.util.slee.xml.DTDXML.addElement
appears
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Eclipse Indigo SR2, OpenJDK 7, Ubuntu 12.04.LTS, EclipSLEE 2.1.0.FINAL,
