MGCP driver ( mgcp-impl ) old release did not behave well under high
load.Responses/messages received by client where skipped and therefore
requests where resent , which causes a lot of mess in network.

updated the mgcp driver.
So mgcp ra should work with mgcp-driver-3.0.0.FINAL
