Using MSS Arquillian embedded container tomcat-6, when trying to access a
static web resource such as
WAR

|--demo/
|
|--hello-world.xml
using url http://deploymentURL/demo/hello-world.xml, there is a
FileNotFoundException.
Same issue exists on the arquillian-tomcat-emebedded-6 1.0.0.CR4 container.
