After http://code.google.com/p/jss7/issues/detail?id=146 issue update old
sccp configuration files crashes sccp stack when starting. Workaround is -
removing old configuration files, restart and reconfigure sccp stack.
We need an update to prevent at least a stack crushing and may be getting
data in the old data format (if this target will not be too complex).
