New issue 106 by [email protected]: Make the DTMF Detector volume configurable.
http://code.google.com/p/mediaserver/issues/detail?id=106

The DTMF detector volume is a value in dB specifying at which power levels the DTMF detector should try to detect DTMF digits. It would be very useful to adjust this value to stop detecting false positives or to detect digits that are not currently being detected since the range of valid DTMF is from 0 to -36 dBm0 (must accept); but can go all the way to -55 dBm0.

Please add a note in the config file that a dB is a logarithmic unit.
 dB    Power Ratio
-10 -> .1
-20 -> .01
-30 -> .001
-40 -> .0001
