A JBCP SIP Servlets customer reported a OOM on production with JBCP 5.1.2,
and leaks were found on JAIN SIP TCP threads and Proxy transactions, upon
analysis of the memory heap.
The customer needs these leaks addressed in JBCP 5.1.3.
The TCP thread leak was fixed in JBCP 5.1.5 ( see #3248 ) thus the forked
fixed jain sip stack must be included in JBCP 5.1.3 HF branch.
The Proxy transaction leak occurs in both ProxyImpl and ProxyBranchImpl,
due to missing or incorrect handling of JAIN SIP's transaction termination
callback. All JBCP 5 releases suffer from this issue, thus a fix should be
applied in 5.1.3 HF and 5.1.x branches.
