We have a case where failover is enabled and Virtual IP Addresses setup.
Both Engines are setup on ip ending in 39 and 40.
When call is started on Engine, it uses 39 for outbound then a failover
occurs
RE INVITE comes in the second engine and call is proxied outbound is using
40 now.
