Implemenetation of the Java gov.nist.sdp in JavaScript.
Required by some SDP maninuplation in WebRTC client (add bandwidth
attribute by exemple) in interconnection with legacy SIP End-point (MCU,
RCSe) which are not accessible via WebRTC native API.
