CellGlobalIdOrServiceAreaIdOrLAI parameter in following MAP primitives:
- mobility.subscriberInformation.LocationInformationGPRS
- mobility.subscriberInformation.LocationInformation
- lsm.SubscriberLocationReportRequest
- lsm.ProvideSubscriberLocationResponse
is bad now.
It looks like that:
- we should use length indicator (5 or 7) to select between
CellGlobalIdOrServiceAreaIdFixedLength or LAIFixedLength when encoding
CellGlobalIdOrServiceAreaIdOrLAI parameter and do not use an explicit ASN
encoding for it.
Can be explicit ASN encoding used here at all?
