We need to add extra functionality in SS7 Simulator for testing SMSC cases:
- optionally return LMSC in SRI response,
- optionally return error messages as a response for SRI request
- optionally return InformServiceCenter request with SRI response
- optionally return error messages as a response for MTForwardSM request
- ReportSMDeliveryStatus operation
- AlertServiceCenterOperation
