All the Map return type of SCCP (for example Router#getRoutingAddresses,
getMtp3ServiceAccessPoint, getMtp3ServiceAccessPoints and
SccpResource#getConcernedSpcs, getRemoteSpcsgetRemoteSsns) throws Exception
as its unmodifiable version of javolution FastMap.
