New issue 106 by [email protected]: jain-sip.ha - LoadBalancer should have
HttpPort along with the SipPort and RmiPort

The LoadBalancer should be created with the HttpPort along with the SipPort.
The mss-sip-stack.properties file should configure the balancer like this:
org.mobicents.ha.javax.sip.BALANCERS=127.0.0.1:5065:2080:2000
org.mobicents.ha.javax.sip.BALANCERS=IPADDR:SIPPORT:HTTPPORT:RMIPORT
The default values:
SipPort=5065
HttpPort=2080
RmiPort=2000
