destination delete operations don't update xml files.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create SCCP destination
2.Create SCCP concernede signaling point code (csp)
3.Remove SCCP destination
4.Modify SCCP csp
What is the expected output?
The destination has been deleted. The SccpStack_sccprouter.xml file has
been updated - the destination has been removed.
The CSP parameters have been modified. The SccpStack_sccpresource.xml file
has been updated - the csp have been modified.
What do you see instead?
Operations executed, but changes not stored in xml files.
The files content updates after other commands execution which update it.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
