Completed codec
Left to do:
1) Cleanup decoder , encoder , coding functions , basic functions classes.
2) add enchancer implementation for decoder
3) Decrease gc on both encoder and decoder + reorganize states and other
data classes.
4) test with cloud for perfomance to compare with g.729 and others.
5) optimize codec to work faster on galaxi mini s2 ( on s2 , mini s3 and s3
works very good )
