Add processor(s) for AS7 and EAP 6.1 that implement ExternalDeployer, i.e,
persistent DU jar deployer.
Essentially the processor(s) should just scan jar deployment units for the
du xml descriptor, and then submit the jar URL (chances are that there is
access only to the jar url at tmp dir) to the internal deployer.
