JBoss AS7 7.1.3 & 7.1.2 doesn't initialize correct the
org.mobicents.properties.httpPort or org.mobicents.properties.sslPort
System property because webconnector is not accessible from the sip
subsystem at the method
org.mobicents.servlet.sip.catalina.SipStandardService.initializeSystemPortProperties()
As a result, LB cannot route http requests to this node
