What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Sending 10-20 calls/second (INVITE) for about 5-10 seconds

I dowloaded the sip stack from this repo on 2013.08.15
Please provide any additional information below.
I get warnings like this:
Removed stuck messages 2 total rejected=1095 ...
