What steps will reproduce the problem?
The tomcat-7 server xml is missing, which makes it more difficult to build
a release of mss on top of tomcat-7. Since the previous versions of this
configuration has been checked in I thought that perhaps this one should be
there as we..
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
mss_2.x track. OS irrelevant in tis case.
