We want to build SMPP Gateway that terminates incoming SMPP connections and
dispatches the SMS to different SMS-C gateways based on configurable
routing rules.
Could you please describe if the current library supports incoming SMPP
interface also (SMPP server) ? as most of the libraries normally support
only the outgoing SMPP interface ( in other words SMPP client)
