The problem with support access to slee-service_1_1.dtd from java.sun.com.
Oralce close it. EclipSLEE try get this file in online and crash.
workaround:
1. install apache and start on port 80
2. get slee-service_1_1.dtd from google code
3. make dir "dtd" in root doc directoy (apache)
4. put slee-service_1_1.dtd in dtd/
5. insert in hosts file: 127.0.0.1 localhost java.sun.com
6. verify http://java.sun.com/dtd/slee-service_1_1.dtd for get this file
7. run eclipse and start creation of service.
