Currently the diameter stack is allowing answers with no Result-Code or
Experimental-Result-Code AVP to proceed and reach the session handling
where they will cause a NPE (see Issue #52).
This should be checked for as soon as possible and fail (reply with
DIAMETER_MISSING_AVP 5005).
