New issue 111 by [email protected]: Migrate SLEE SNMP adaptor
from the old SVN repo

SLEE SNMP adaptor [1] should be available in this project and migrated to
git. Also, dependency groupIds should be updated
(s/org.jboss.snmp.adaptor/org.mobicents.tools.snmp.adaptor/) to build
against the JBoss SNMP adaptor from commscale [2].
