Improve STUN/TURN flow + Configurable WS(S) path
Improves the flow of gathering the STUN/TURN servers and the way they
are passed to WebRTComm. Also don't fail when the auto-config server is
down.
Fixes #150, Fixes #151 and Fixes #152
