Fix issues with loading video streams
- Remove mozSrcObject usage from webcam directive, as it was removed
from Firefox 58 (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1183495);
- Replace usage of deprecated URL.createObjectURL by using srcObject;
