Merged in github-367 (pull request #39)
support b2b2uahelper forking Github 367
* prevent invalidation if derived are not ready
* session mapping fix on unlink. Hack on getLinkedSession to return CONFIRMED
derived session
* Work in progress for RES-14 on B2BUA forking scenario
* Fixed the random ports in the test case
* added logging debug checks
* removed testsuite module to allow release
* fix exception with empty iterator
* switch to readyToInvalidate onTerminatedState, so derivedSession dont force
invalidation
* added ringing timeout to make predictable scenario
