Fixed. I guess I have to use this line now rather than set the header
values as before:
String value = getValue(cookie); // from
SyncGatewaySession=a;lkajsdkjaskfja;skfa;ksfjasf;ksajdf;k
replication.setCookie("SyncGatewaySession", value, null, null, false, false
);
