Parse <http://www.parse.com> also has a sample project called AnyPic, which is essentially an instagram clone, that models a data structure flow to make a social pic sharing app (but can easily be extrapolated to a social networking app of any content type). Check it out to get ideas on how to model your CBL app. I know many developers who have used this as starting grounds for their own social networking apps.
