Hello all, I am at the point of investigating the possibilities for offline user experience(s) for our existing Phonegap APP (backbone.js powered) which has data + media (photos/video), all data is coming from a RESTfull JSON API. Compared with Bikini (targetted on backbone) i think couchpotato Lite might be a better choice. I like the server based way of data sync.
But.. i would love to talk to someone who has experiences in integrating this offline sync into a phonegap application, subjects like: 1. is it workable on top of backbone.js ? 2. implementation time of couchpotato (are we talking about hours/days/months?) Our app is basicly 5 pages.... 3. can we expect drawbacks, what did you experience when integrating this feature? 4. is there someone available to work as a freelancer on this for me? etc. Jasper -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Couchbase Mobile" group.
