Again, you've found something that's not supported. As the wiki says, 
"Couchbase Lite supports a WebSocket connection to the server's _changes feed" 
… but it doesn't provide a WebSocket _changes feed itself. That is, it acts as 
a WebSocket client but not a server yet.
