Steve Can you post the last 100 lines or so of the sync_gateway logs or stderr, just after it stops.
We have a ticket open that SG fails after a couple of hours, against CBS 3.0.X and using a shadow bucket. If this is your scenario, you might want try downgrading CBS to 2.5.1 for now.
