There shouldn’t be collisions even in your scenario. The replication checkpoint ID is built from a bunch of values including the UUID of the client’s database as well as all the parameters like push/pull, filter, etc. Basically it should not be possible to get a conflict saving checkpoints, so we should treat this as a Couchbase Lite bug. What version of Couchbase Lite are you using?
