Did this commit make it into SG 1.2 release?

Upgrading my SG to 1.2 has broken accessing an SG view with basic auth on
port 4984 via a REST. I'm always getting
an {"error":"Forbidden","reason":"forbidden"}
If I revert my SG back to the previous build that included the above
commit, it starts working again.
