Well, the reason was "missing stub". What exactly is the stub and how could it be missing?
Yes, I could parse the error message, but if they change that on the back-end, then it would fail. I'm just wondering if perhaps CBL is sending invalid attachment data or has failed to send the "stub", whatever that is.
