I think we need to be able to get a standalone prototype application(s) running to add more features to the system. We are not far enough along yet to begin work on moving Firefox to use GeckoView, and I'd like to not include any prototype application in Firefox as a separate activity. I'd like to keep the prototypes out of Firefox until we start working on migrating Firefox to use GeckoView.
