This is just a heads up that bug 897561
<https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=897561> bumps the target
SDK from 14 to 16 to reduce new permissions introduced in bug 857730
<https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=857730> (namely
READ_CALL_LOG and WRITE_CALL_LOG).
