That's going to be pretty awful for those of us that use emacs.
I use emacs :) We have some flexiblity here; we could swizzle the
AAPT_IGNORE_SOMETHING_OR_OTHER variable to avoid #*# emacs backups, or
.rej/.orig. Let's see how it works for a day or two first.
