I filed bug 988909 about adding context menu support. It shouldn't be too hard to support some of the same context menu actions that are available on our built-in panels, we just haven't gotten around to working on that bug yet. I would definitely help anyone who's interested in working on it, though ;)
If we just show some of the context menu items we already support for our built-in panels, we wouldn't need new strings, so we could uplift this change to Aurora.
