Basically, this design breaks down to a couple major components: 1. New preview proportions <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1193374> 2. Full screen tabs tray <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1161638> 3. Back button in the tabs tray <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1200619> 4. Compact tabs settings pref <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1202861> *tl;dr* To address some feedback, we have a couple of hot items right now: 1. Holding this feature <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1204876> on Nightly 2. Filed bug 1202857 <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1202857> for experimenting with removing the 'x' 3. Filed bug 1202861 <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1202861> for adding a "compact tabs" item under Settings 4. Bug 1178794 <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1178794> was already filed for improving the "swipe-to-dismiss" gesture As Martyn and I continue to work on these, we'll continue to field feedback. Again, this is a substantial change so it will take some getting used to. But we've tried to outline our goals and strategies with this update in the aforementioned deck.
