I have added a new section to the iOS Triage page that shows all outstanding
L10N work for the upcoming iOS 3.0 release:

This is based on the following master bug:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1256395
This will make the L10N bugs much more visible for the iOS team. We triage
every Tuesday and will go through this list.
Thank you Jeff for creating the master 3.0 bug. I think we should do this for
every release.
