With Chrome on Android, it is possible to add a web app to the home screen. When the app’s icon is tapped on the home screen, it opens like a native app. The browser’s UI is hidden.
Now with Firefox 50.0 on Android, it is also possible to add a web app to the home screen. However, if I do so with my app [ROTOGAMEsq][1], then the behavior is not as nice as with Chrome. When the app’s icon is tapped, simply Firefox opens with the app in one tab. Also, when the user opens Firefox the next time, the app appears in the first tab, which is confusing. Can I modify my app somehow so that when started from the home screen, user’s don’t see the Firefox UI?
