Yeah - this is a really good point, and I've been bitten by this too whilst
traveling, during power outages, etc.


What about making the documentation available offline? I thought about

Overall I think this is an *awesome* idea - though I think it is probably
worth making a distinction between team-specific documentation and
technical documentation (or maybe not?). The best place to bring this up
would be wikitech-l.
