This is what is going to happen on Android, at least. I think iOS
might also move to this. They will be clearly labelled with help
available to tell new users what it is, but no canned edit summaries.

public and I believe anyone can comment. Discussion there welcome.
Note that the designs there are always a work in progress, and not set
in stone.
