Currently this is not configurable. It should probably not show these
icons when a wiki has been set to read only. Feel free to open a bug
and submit a patch (or convince someone to do so). We are a bit short
of developers making MobileFrontend as nice as possible for 3rd party
users so if anyone wants to volunteer and help champion the 3rd party
use case I would be much appreciative.

In the short term if you are fine to sacrafice talk (which will also
live in that menu) we could explore an explicit lag in
LocalSettings.php that allows you turn it off. Again a patch for that
would be welcomed if that is deemed useful.
