The search is a limited prefix search. The title thus has to be exact and the title of this page is "2014 South Napa earthquake" (so omitting the word south is what's giving you no results.
It's something that's bugged me for a while. Ideally I'd expect "Napa earthquake" to also show results but it doesn't.
