I found those useful for scanning and archives searching, if not for
regular reading. Is their content now entirely offered by the weekly wmf
branch changelogs à la
<https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:Search/MobileFrontend_prefix:MediaWiki_1.24>?
If yes I think it would be useful to transclude changelogs for each
extension and product in page(s) where they can be easily searched and
skimmed all together. Cc the Chief Transclusionist Officer, Guillaume. ;-)
