We also have "release cards" which are templated
<https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T99692> for each version we submit to
the App Store. We don't go so far as to add "blocking tasks" for each
release, but (in a Kanban-like style) "pull" the release card to "Done,"
and by proxy pull all the cards ahead of it to "Done."

I also hope to deprecate (or drastically reduce) the spreadsheet of
*manual* test
cases and replace them w/ a suite of automated functional tests that run
across multiple languages.  Some day...
