For the Android app, we do indeed. If you look at the HTML of any wiki
article, you'll notice an "alternate" link in the <head> tag that looks
like this:

<link rel="alternate" href="android-app://org.wikipedia/http/
en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barack_Obama" />

This is a deep link that tells Google that it's possible to open this page
in our Android app.
