I think we should remove search events from it, but currently this is the
only schema that tracks article-level actions.

A while back we shrunk its predecessor by removing the hamburger menu
actions, but the search actions account for the vast bulk of this table.
Now that there is a separate search action table, I think we can remove
search and shrink the table dramatically.
